Legally Compliant eSignatures
Sign from anywhere – No paper needed

Decentralized working is an integral part of our changing world, yet the need to sign contracts promptly and in a legally recognized manner remains.

Docuworx makes both possible by integrating digital signatures into your business workflows.

Every day, more transactions are moving from paper-based manual workflows to the cloud, and we will only see this trend accelerate as companies shift to a hybrid work environment.

Contracts and other important documents can be signed in a timely and legally binding manner even when all parties are not working on site – especially now when many of us are working from remotely.

Today, less than one-third of organisations are deploying e-signatures because of cost barriers and the limitations of legacy tools.

Features include:

  • Ability to send documents for e-signature directly to anyone, including those without a user log in, making for a seamless sender and signer experience.
  • A range of security levels provides the necessary evidential value and compliance signatures including HIPAA, SOC, ISO, FedRAMP, and more.
  •  Capabilities for integration to CRM’s, which allow customers to generate     and send NDAs, contracts, and more directly from within their operating system.

A workflow for signatures

To provide the infrastructure for securely signing digital documents considered “advanced” and “qualified,” Docuworx works with Validated ID and DocuSign as external signature service providers. Documents waiting to be signed get processed via one of the signature service providers automatically. The service then verifies and confirms the signatory and returning the documents signed with the signature certificate.

Validated ID and DocuSign offer various authentication options and numerous features for applying signatures. For advanced signatures, authentication is a two-step process via phone call, SMS or access code, depending on the method and provider selected. Docuworx provides qualified signatures with identity checks from both providers. You can also set deadlines with automatic reminders for signing, have a document signed in multiple locations, or have a copy of the signed document sent to the signatory.

Getting started with electronic signatures

Electronic signatures in your Document Management System is easy to set up thanks to a preconfigured solution by Docuworx. Wheather is registering with signature service providers and creating a new signature configuration via web form or the signing workflow itself:

The most complex configurations for digital signing are ready to go.

This configuration package can be imported into your document management system and customized in just a few steps. Stored documents can then be transferred to an efficient signature workflow either directly when filed or afterwards by using a stamp.
